De Kwakel, February 2024 – Corneel de Kort, representative of Fruit Vision (www.fvselections.com), hosts interested parties in blueberry cultivation at partner company Onuba Fruit in the Spanish Huelva. For practical reasons, the open days are scheduled just before and after the Fruit Logistica trade fair in Berlin.
Onuba cultivates, among others, the Demba and Dana varieties from the Mundo Azul® line. The blueberry varieties from this series stand out for their early production, high yield, and large fruits. During the open days, visitors gain a clear understanding of the cultivation techniques involved in blueberry farming.
